Submitting your banner automatically enters you into our "daily competition", the winner of which will have their submitted banner displayed on the top and bottom of each page on this website.
Images must be in GIF, or JPEG format. They must be 100 pixels in height and 800 pixels in width and a maximum size of 250kb.

Confirmation of your order is done by pressing the “Submit” button on the “Details and Banner Upload” page. You are not allowed to change your order after you have confirmed it.
After a successful PayPal transaction, your banner spot will be reserved. We will then verify your link and images. If payment is not received within two weeks, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
No refunds once your banner is accepted and put on our database. The price that you pay at the time you buy your banner submission is final and cannot be refunded.
No obscene/offensive/adult/illegal images/links will be accepted. We decide what is appropriate for our site. If your submission is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative banner submission. If you cannot provide an alternative within 1 month, your money will not be refunded and you will lose your banner advertisement.
As the site grows I reserve the right to increase of decrease the time period each advert is displayed for. For example it may become hourly, to increase the number that get shown.
If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult/illegal material then your banner submission will be removed, the space will become publicly available again, and you will not get a refund.
You can request your image to be removed at any time but the space will become publicly available again and you will not receive a refund.
Although we will not change or remove your banner submission under normal circumstances, we reserve the right to do so under exceptional circumstances such as a court order, lawsuit or public outcry. When a removal happens, the space will be publicly available and you will not receive a refund.
You must have the legal right to use the image you provide for your banner submission.
There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we promise to keep the downtime of the website to a minimum and will only be done when switching servers or upgrading.
We promise not to sell or misuse any information that you have given to us.
When you submit a banner advertisement, you do not own any part of this homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which we will enter on our database and will be published twice on each page of this site if you win our daily competition.
FREE PRIZE DRAW
There is one prize of an “advertising budget” for a customer of theonebigad.com to win. The winner will be able to arrange advertising for there company or business up to the value of 25% of the sales on this site generated from banner submissions. So if all 100,000 banner places are sold the prize will be an advertising budget of up to US $250,000. The winnings must be spent on advertising for a company or business.
All of the arrangements for the advertising must be arranged by the winner themselves.
No purchase necessary. For the same chance of winning, clearly write your name, address, email address and telephone number on a piece of paper and send to Theonebigadsite.com, Parsonage Farm, Berners Roding, Ongar, Essex, CM5 0SZ. The last date for postal entries to be received is either the day that 100,000 banners have been submitted or the 04 April 2008, whichever is first. The details of people entering via the no-purchase necessary route will be used for the purposes of this promotion and will be destroyed thereafter.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed for any reason.
Damaged, defaced or illegible free entries will not be included in the free prize draw.

Entrants will automatically be placed in the prize draw when submitting a banner on this website.
Only one entry per person. Bulk entries will not be accepted.
The will be one winner whose name will be drawn at random from all entries received, in front of two independent witnesses.
The winner will be notified via email or phone by the 1st of May 2008 and their name will be posted on the website http://www.theonebigad.com.
Winners must reply to claim their prize by the 1st of June 2008 otherwise the claim becomes void.
There is no cash alternative.
The prize is non transferable.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
